With a natural curiosity, part obsession in sweet delights.
I came across “Metropolitan” and it’s location somewhat initially surprised me, slap bang in the Red Light District.
Sat within the busy cafe area and tried the New York Cheesecake with an Americano.
The shop itself is obviously popular by the never ending queue outside the entrance.
If your looking for a quick sweet fix in the form of hand produced chocolates, gelato and waffles this busy & slightly chaotic place will fit the bill. The location once inside is a more pleasant respite from the “other’s”.
However remember you are on the most famous area for naughtyness…
